Each person may hold only one 99aab account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and associated balances may be voided without notice.

2.2 If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the 99aab Platform immediately and not create or maintain an Account.
2.3 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 99aab with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between the parties relating to the same subject matter.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register for and use the 99aab Platform. 18+ This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. 99aab reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. If it is determined that a User is under 18, or has misrepresented their age, the Account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the source payment method subject to verification.
It is your sole responsibility to verify that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering with 99aab. 99aab does not guarantee the legality of its services in any specific country or territory. Pakistani users are individually responsible for complying with all applicable local, provincial, and federal laws and regulations relating to online gambling.

Each individual may hold only one active 99aab Account. Operating multiple accounts – whether under your own name, a third party's name, or using false identity information – is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account closure with forfeiture of all balances.
You are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your 99aab login credentials including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share these credentials with any third party. 99aab will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your login details.
If you suspect that your 99aab Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify us immediately at [email protected]. You should also change your password immediately and enable two-factor authentication if not already active.
99aab may require identity verification at any stage, including but not limited to at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or in response to suspicious account activity. You agree to submit requested documents promptly. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of your Account and the withholding of withdrawals pending satisfactory verification.
You may request the closure of your 99aab Account at any time by contacting support. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your nominated payment method subject to standard withdrawal processing. Bonus Funds not meeting wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
99aab accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. All transactions are denominated exclusively in PKR.

Withdrawal requests submitted to 99aab will be processed within 1–4 hours for verified accounts during normal operating hours, subject to KYC clearance and fraud review. 99aab reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on withdrawals above specified thresholds. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposit unless otherwise approved by 99aab compliance.
99aab maintains anti-money laundering (AML) controls in line with international compliance guidelines. We reserve the right to request supporting documentation for any transaction we deem suspicious. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in Account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 99aab are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds credited to a 99aab Account must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.
99aab reserves the right to refuse, withhold, or reclaim any bonus in cases where it suspects abuse, including but not limited to: systematic exploitation of bonus terms, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or wagering patterns that 99aab considers to be inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the stated validity period will expire and be automatically removed from the Account without notice or compensation.
7.1 All bets placed on the 99aab Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, market, or casino game. These rules are accessible within the relevant section of the Platform.
7.2 Once a bet is confirmed by 99aab's system, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the User, except where 99aab expressly provides a cash-out or edit function for that market.
7.3 99aab reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were offered in error, at incorrect odds, or on events where the outcome was already known at the time of betting.
7.4 In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game session, the outcome of the affected round may be voided and any bets returned. Winnings generated during a confirmed malfunction will not be paid.
7.5 All casino games on the 99aab Platform use independently certified RNG (Random Number Generator) software. House edge percentages and RTP (Return to Player) figures for individual games are available from the respective game providers.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 99aab Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement where applicable:
9.1 All content on the 99aab Platform including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, software, game assets, and layout is the exclusive property of 99aab or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 99aab Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 99aab.
99aab collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering with 99aab you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to, rectification of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting 99aab support.
11.1 99aab is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide the following tools within every Account: deposit limits, session time reminders, loss limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion (temporary or permanent). These tools are accessible from your Account Settings at any time.

12.2 99aab does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Planned and unplanned maintenance, technical failures, or events outside 99aab's reasonable control may result in temporary service interruptions. 99aab will not be liable for losses caused by such interruptions.
12.3 Gambling involves financial risk. 99aab accepts no responsibility for any financial losses incurred through use of the Platform beyond the balance held in your Account at the time of the relevant bet or game round.
13.1 99aab reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after the posting of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13.2 99aab reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where required to do so by law. In the event of termination for breach, any balance remaining in the Account may be forfeited.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming regulation. Any dispute arising from your use of the 99aab Platform that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally accepted arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under applicable mandatory local law.
